Does anyone know of a city that attracts tourist and visitors in all 4 seasons.

The whole country only attracts 3 to 4 millions visitors per year.

Keep in mind that you may be liable for a child, visitor, or even him getting injurer on site... or for some other damage (kids burn the house down or who-knows-what) that stems from his inappropriate use of the single family home.  

Over the last five years I have successfully operated an airbnb in the U.S. and hosted hundreds of visitors from around the world.  

We live in a vacation city in the mountains of NC, robust tourism, and around 4 million visitors annually.  

Just know that online marketing have many layers, and sometime just 100 visitors a month is good for capturing leads. 

I know that BiggerPockets.com is a website devoted to real estate investing, but our ultimate goal is to help our visitors find wealth.

I got my forms on the HomeAway site.While you might be thinking of it as a spinoff of a traditional rental, I think your visitors are probably comparing you more to a hotel - and I've never had to sign a 16-page form to stay at a hotel!
