How Much Business Does YOUR Website Drive?

I haven't been able to discern the general consensus on when to introduce a website when you are new to the RE investing game.  When is the right time?

Also, from you experienced investors, what kind of traffic/leads does your website drive to your business? Is your website critical to your business, or do you not see the traffic you would like?

I understand marketing is multi-faceted...if you have a website you then have to find ways to actively drive traffic to your site....and there are many ways to market depending on your specific niche...

Just curious to know how essential your website is to your business as an overall marketing tool?

TIA!
