Swap out the 18" 30"w stove cabinet for a 12" 30"w and put an over the range microwave in the range hood place (there are good deals at Lowes/HD right now for 4th of July).

Another thing you should look into is dropdowns all so known as drop-and-swaps.

I've had used ones before, but received too many calls about issues so I just swapped them. 

@Mike Carpenter  What you are talking about is home swap and there are a number of home swap sites including homeexchange , lovehomeswap, 9flat, and some smaller ones.

You are swapping one mortgage for another (or adding one to the paid off rental).
