Just bought property in South Lake Tahoe and decided to let the previous owners (Father-in-law / wife)  live in the home.

Hi Patricia,I manage a few STR properties with my company in NH and a good amount in Southern VT - I personally would recommend the Lake Sunapee or anywhere in the Lakes Region without lots of regulations.
