Hi, I'm looking to join a mastermind group to collaborate, run potential deals and resources with other like-minded people.

I have 18 years experience as a realtor, two years as a local wholesaler, processing short sales, Probates. I am conformable with cold calls and door knocking.

My focus now is to look for and analyzing potential light rehabs to hold.

Let's talk soon :)

@Adriana Osorio I’m an LA realtor also investing out of state. Not as scary as it seems once you actually Get started. I’ve made a few small mistakes along the way but this market is very forgiving, and always someone here willing to help.
