Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in Brandon.

Purchase price: $97,500
Cash invested: $97,500

Beautiful Condo overlooking a 10 acre lake across the street from the Brandon Regional Hospital and minutes from downtown Tampa. Condo located in a resort stile community with pool, lake side gazebo, racquet ball and tennis courts with a state of the art fitness center. All GE appliances with full size stack able washer and dryer.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I manage condos for other investors in the same community and it's got a great location and very well run COA.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I heard an owner talking about wanting to sell his unit and I made him an offer. He didn't want to go through the hassle of showings bc it was tenant occupied so it worked out well for everyone.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a real estate agent who represented myself and love my brokerage, Powell Realty!
