I am a medical assistant and make decent money and have great benefits but would love to improve my cash flow and create strong equity as I have little to none at the momentI am currently looking at a few multi family homes but in the issue of figuring out how to finance it as I dont have the substantial down that most are looking for and my credit score is not great (but i am working on that and should be much stronger within the year)cant wait to chat with you guys!

I would lower medical payments to 1k since it only applies to family members, assuming that you have health insurance and don't plan to actively hurt yourself in your own home.

I am aware of Connected Investors and have been listening to them for several years but I have not spent any money on their items mainly because of my medical problems and my inability to work forc the last few years.Connected Investors has recently had a great deal for $297.00 that included all you would need and that using their automation could be done at home.

I'd like to think things will end up being better - less maintenance fees and less vacancy, but I'm trying to consider a reasonable worst case baring something like sewer problems.The town has a medical school, and students have a hard time finding places to rent - there's a crappy set of apartments near the school that rents a tiny 3BR for $800.

I found BP about 21 months ago while recovering medically and looking for something that is more flexible than a typical job that causes you to work 10 to 12 hours a day without being paid any overtime.I was forced to be that way in the early 1980's when I had graduated from college.
