After many fix and flips it was time to buy dirt and build something to my spec from the ground up.

There's a good chance that financing a fix n flip would still require 60k liquidity or so because the value of the house would need to be at a certain level. 

It's been 3 years now and we are ready to really focus on investing in Buy & Hold and Flipping.  

Someone who's ahead of you is always willing to help.At the beginning of 2020 I was looking at SFH to rent/flip.

Is it a fix & Flip? 

My goal is to generate cash flow, no knowledge on how to increase the NOI, no experience in house flipping, just some cash from inheritance.

We love flipping homes in Cherokee County and all the counties around us.

My father even brought me along to ask for private money lending at peoples homes. 005 bought my first home in Louisiana, turned into a rental and moved to Fort Worth Texas and bought my first brand new duplex in 2008.Educated myself and bought real estate investment courses and settled on Armando Montelongo‘s flip this house completed that course and bought my first 2 fix and flip in 2009 sold one in 2009I did not farewell during the housing market crash, simultaneously lost my job due to the Event Horizon oilfield disaster.My lovely wife and I now purchase real estate in San Jose Del Cabo Mexico with our cash and build with our money as well.
