Also what is included (making payments to the bank, negotiating rates when vendors, etc)Repairs: When taking over a property, your inspection should have uncovered alot for you to estimate what type of unit turns / renovations / repairs you'll need to do.

The flaw here is that they do this full time.

The latter goes into depth about uncovering the other side's interests which may be completely different from what is initially being negotiated.I've used the knowledge in both books in personal business dealings and have found them extremely useful.

Saw my first few places on Sunday in these areas but I'm concerned about deferred maintenance/repair costs that may be hard to uncover during inspections.

However, based on my last experience here, and being in the demographic of lots of first time home-buyers, I think there is a flaw in it.  

My role specifically focuses on managing the relationships of our existing accredited investors, uncovering opportunities for new investors, as well as creating marketing materials, raising capital, and just being a point of contact.

What are my options here to uncover all and determine whether this is a good deal or not?
