Hi Tommy,My first reaction would be to absolutely leave the stone base as is, but pics of the house and its approximate age would help a lot.

They would have to print it out, scan and email it back to me.

Things like not relying on the MLS pics, not putting an offer without seeing the house first and researching the area thoroughly before making an offer.

Share availability this scans but calendar and finds free times and texts it.

Take pics and check again in the near future.

Paid him when he told me work was complete and he sent some pics.  

I am turned off when I see a roll of toilet paper in a pic.

(SEE PICS BELOW) in other words, rule out the deals that have a weird sign in the financial transaction history that says they or a "no go"  and also the financial signs that all point to YES YES YES,  PLEASE GO AND KNOCK THIS DOOR. i have hit a total of 35 doors speaking with around 15 homeowners. 2 - semi polite NO's15 - Hell no's2 - IF YOU DONT GET THE F%$ off my properties' 16 - the rest not home :) im in sales and have a tough skin, lol but im ready to get rollin again!!!

So we figured, since he's moving anyway, providing us with pics to list is fine, he'll be out the 15th, and we can start showing the unit after that.He did not move until the 18th, and never provided pictures.
