The overwhelming majority are BS claims so as long as you do not make a issue of the matter (yes we do accept emotional support animals madam) and have defined screening standards (ie: credit score) you should have no problems avoiding the scam.

Some gurus are pretty good (IMO Dave Lindahl, Strategic Real Estate Coach and Jeffrey Taylor fall into this category) but many are scams and they are all generally expensive.
