They don't get washer hoses hooked up correctly and they leak; dryer hoses end up smashed and not banded and blowing lint everywhere.

The only downside is the white can get a bit dirty with bugs and debris so need to hose down and clean from time to time

There is heavy pros and cons to both selling and keeping.I am still not sure about the mowing thing...the units are not very big to begin with...plus the guy that rebuilt them only put 1 water hose outlet on the outside of the building....no idea why other than laziness/cost...

Usually all one needs to do to hook up utilities is plug the plug in, turn on the hose and hook up the sewer.I personally would go for that deal if the guy had good references from people he had moved.

There's TONS of stuff here, it's more like drinking straight from the hydrant than the hose.
