If you think you want to find a shortcut that will allow you to make $$$$ without spending any of your own money, nor spending any effort/time reading and learning about REI, you're not serious.If you're actually serious, go forth and conquer and prosper.

Using shortcut labor is a terrible idea.

The reason I started this thread was to try and find a shortcut to market knowledge of areas Im not very familiar with.

And because most wholesalers were operating using the “short cut” of flipping contracts, a solid argument could be made they they were brokering property without a license.  

So they take shortcuts and defend it by saying that "it's not a syndication".
