Gentle man works two jobs with income $6000 credit score 520;lady income $4000 credit 620No Evicrion history for bothnot married, don't know if they are in relationship or father and daughter.my management turn down their screening because the man's score didn't the minimum 620.My realtor said it's my call now.just wondering what you guys think?

Clays shrink and swell depending on their moisture content/plasticity and you don't want your foundations to do the same.

Have water, fire, moisture, temperature, motion sensors, voice interaction with customers, throughout the systems.  

Any rust or moisture on the metal will be like a cancer and it will continue to rust between metal and patch, and eventually the patch will fall off.
