If you do end up going the laundry route I would suggest spending a bit extra up front and purchasing the card operated laundry machines.

The Milwaukee market is not an easy market for someone just starting out however I believe anyone can succeed when they put a machine behind them.  

We left no vinyl flooring that was also all removed. washed out vents as far as I could reach, vacuumed, and then sprayed kilz in the vents. and of course new filters,  I used a ozone machine in the house off and on for 3 months.. room to room.Now she had a kennel in the garage,, cat crates stacked up 4 high.. cat pee to the ceiling.. was sheetrocked and insulated garage,, ceiling down all insulation out and all sheetrock gone..

I have not found a job there yet, but have really good job history as a CNC Machine Operator and Precision Lead.

Years of stocking up tools in my hometown of Milford led to me to realize that it just doesn't make sense to buy a 4 axis CNC machine for my garage, or most of the other things on the list.

I don't have a website, and was hoping that being a small-time investor would appeal to them (so I don't come off as a large, impersonal corporate machine!) 

Seems like after a while once you have the machine turned on, the process gets easier and you get a better understanding of where to spend your time.Nikki;I normally at least ask these questions...definitely search forums for other advice on this..1)Is there any mortgage on home and how much?
