@Norma Rosa  I don't suggest you make her problems yours just pointing out that regardless of income often the chronically ill have a social worker involved especially if they are elderly. 

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 70+ tenants, and yes-- I do have some (maybe 5-10%  of my portfolio)  $500-650/month, with long term elderly tenants.

If you have families that rent your STR, the younger generation might be OK with the Hulu Shmulu app streamer, but the elder generation want to turn on the TV and watch ESPN without hassle. 

Note: The tenant is an elderly couple & there is a bit of a language barrier so I have mostly been communicating with them through their daughter.
