Investor Contractor Bid question OH
Hey guys, I'm a newbie long distance investor. Last year I purchase a duplex in OH. Well a tenant moved out and the unit needs updating. I received a bid and was hoping for feedback from more experienced investors than myself. This is from my PM, wondering if it sounds looks within range or waaayyy off! Appreciate any feedback or advice!
