Investor Contractor Bid question OH

Hey guys, I'm a newbie long distance investor. Last year I purchase a duplex in OH. Well a tenant moved out and the unit needs updating. I received a bid and was hoping for feedback from more experienced investors than myself. This is from my PM, wondering if it sounds looks within range or waaayyy off! Appreciate any feedback or advice!

House details:

Unit Approx: 700sqft

Paint with Trim $1450

Drywall- Master Bedroom(1 side of wall has large crack in drywall needs replaced) $250

Electrical- Loose Wires $250
