Is yours missing some critical amenities that their place has?

I understand this is somewhat rough and I welcome all constructive criticisms to my logic here.

However, I will say it is critical that you have neat and clean tenants!

Close on property at the title company.Am I missing any critical parts to this process?

Mind you, I'm not criticizing, I'm just thinking out loud.

@Ehab Habib The critical question to be answered here is whether the tenant is complaining about legitimate issues. 

It is a critical to good decision making. 

(despite what some PMs will argue)- one major critical thing is when you're buying a property, especially a turnkey, is to verify that none of the big-ticket items are scheduled to go out in the near future.

This helps to get people unstuck by "jolting" them out of their normal ways of thinking.Therefore, during brainstorming sessions, people should avoid criticizing or rewarding ideas.
