The only issue I have had was I left it in the car and the screen would not backlite until it cooled down, didn't affect its performance on the whole just hard to read screen.

Or I want to send an invite to more than one person at once so I spend less time clicking the send and then going to the next invite.We hope to have this functionality available upon our next MAJOR update (by year's end, hopefully)Cool.

The best example I can give you is in the form of a question: Why do you suppose the current real estate market cool-down has not been worse, or that it wasn't the huge collapse of a 'bubble' popping that so many have been predicting?

The advantage for a lot of us that are still in the game- is that a whole bunch of investors are out of it now.The market cool-down means it's time to get back to basics, time to sharpen the skills again, and get hot!
