I'm not aware of much growth in "Assembly lines".The healthcare servicing has developed a large presence.Wright State, UD, Wright Patterson AFB, and Lexus-Nexus are still large employers.I'm seeing a lot of small manufacturers and other businesses hiring employees.In short, Dayton lost a couple large employers (GM, NCR), but is coming back with a lot of smaller employers, and a larger variety of industries.

I'm thinking of managing my own SFRs once I get started (up to maybe the first 3-4) and plan on assembling a good gem of plumber, electrician, appliance handyman, etc so that if I get a call while at work about an issue, I can call up one of those people and get the issue fixed (if it's an issue of that type).

They are not.We were discussing the provision of a list of pre-foreclosures to investors.To assemble such a list in this part of the country we would need to scour land records for recordings of appointments of substitute trustees or visit courthouses to review dockets for new foreclosure cases.
