I personally use Anderson Advisors for all these kinds of questions, they have a free strategy session you can use to get this answered/ find out if they are a good fit.

I recommend you consider attending the Raleigh BiggerPockets monthly event, the local REIA events (TREIA and NCReia), and the quarterly Triangle Deal Maker Sessions (June 20 is the upcoming one, check it out on MeetUp), as ways to meet investors.

Kind of a rah-rah session but provides some interesting polarized information vis-a-vis what one sees on the news with the dire need for police reform and such.

In Ohio we can experience all 4 sessions in one day.
