We had the grinder pumps jam on us a number of times due to the usual feminine products, baby wipes etc etc flushed.

Because if you pull it, it is a hard hit and depending on their goals in life (college, need student loans, new baby on the way, anticipating needing a new car), then a hard hit impacts them for a long time. 

And as sure as the sun rises in the east and set's in the west, wage inflation INCREASES market economy prices, that includes rents and median pricing of real estate just as much as tooth paste and pickles.
