Taking any advice, I am fairly new to the BP app.

We just use the platforms apps on the phone. :)

I definitely recommend you download the meet-up app if you are having trouble connecting with other investors, it will show you all the meetups in your area so you can go meet other investors in person.

I have the Bigger Pockets App on my current phone.

It's been over 2 months since I filled out the paperwork and my app shows as received.

A lot of showings but no app's? 

I gave my tenant instructions to download the sprinkler system app and to adjust the watering.

What app or website do you suggest to find owner info or property info?
