Hey I’m new to the family here at BP. Looking to do my first out of state deal. I’m curious when researching out of state markets do you research and gather a team first or do you find the house you like and go from there? Taking any advice, I am fairly new to the BP app. Thanks in advance.

After you pick the market, work on building a team. Building a team and having a plan to close a deal before you have the deal will help the deal go much more smoothly. That doesn't mean you can't change the team up as needed if it's not working out with someone, but having a plan in place and people to do it is the way to go.
