I feel as though Oklahoma City is an amazing marketplace.  80-120K gets you in very decent neighborhoods without having to worry about buying an older home that requires major updating...IE: plumbing, electrical etc.  

Short Summary:  A woman has agreed to hand me a property for FREE, i just have to take care of the property and that is what i am going to do.This is an amazing deal and i want to take advantage of this.
