If the next home isn't the issue, I'd just pay for the movers for her...That other deal i had basically made a deal with a "scrapper" (somebody who takes "junk" away to resell) to move all her stuff and could pick through for whatever he wanted to resell from her stuff.

Offer to pay to have movers transport the "valuables" to a storage unit and pay the first few months so the seller can have time to sort through it.

I'm a mobile home investor in Tacoma, I'm looking at deals all over Pierce, Thurston and King Counties however.

The market though that I would consider would be in the Greater Seattle - Tacoma area.

Watch out for another scammer from Tacoma, Washington.
