Some report to your personal credit, some lenders use your EIN to originate & fund the loan. 

Transfer some of the property to LLC and remove her from the original LLC.

The house is also very old and there is no records of original blueprints, so how will we know which are the rooms that were added?

I am originally from Scandinavia and we have quite a different life and culture there.
