Most syndicators that is see on these forums and many that I see posting about financial independence on LinkedIn have no real real estate background.  

David Peters at First Floor Equity does some rehabs on hotels, and I believe he converts them into multifamily housing (I'm not 100% clear on the specifics, but you can find him on LinkedIn).

Dana Bursch, CEO has two linkedin profiles with two and three connections each.

im old school......I look at the property card to find their name.....and i exhaust all means to find them.....if that means facebook, linkedin, truepeoplesearch.......by any means necessary

Seek recommendations from local real estate networks or platforms like LinkedIn.

I love working with new investors and market heavily to this market in Denver on social media, especially Facebook and LinkedIn so that's where I'd start searching if I were looking.  

Facebook, Linkedin, Google or a website like  @Hamp Lee III   mentioned.  

If it is false it’s pretty elaborate including long history with hundreds of connections on linked in.
