New to BP from Buffalo, NY (currently living in New York, NY)

Hello everyone, my name is Tony. I’ve been aware of BP for a while now but I finally decided to get involved with the online community.

I currently live in New York, NY but I am originally from Buffalo, NY. I have been working in the real estate industry for the past 10 years in a corporate capacity. I started off in accounting but transitioned into valuation and investment analysis. I am very interested in building a personal real estate investment portfolio back home in Buffalo since I am familiar with the market and the prices are more favorable than where I currently live. In addition, a close family member of mine owns a real estate investment and advisory company that specializes in 1031 exchanges and other real estate investment opportunities that I would love to help build.
