If generally athletic, you will want to probably spend 2-2.5k for a real home gym setup (freeweight dumbbell rack, freeweight bench and power rack, treadmill) that is marketable above the other listings out there.

Many of us believe capital gains taxes will be much higher in the future, as the Feds can't keep racking up $4 trillion in debt annually forever.I would probably sell to lock in your capital gains exemption, then look to deploy that capital into other real estate deals.
