There is a treasure trove of data there that is based upon the entire U.S.

I'm looking to make deals up and down the treasure coast if possible. 

The county auditor shall place the certified amount on the real property tax list and duplicate against the property served by the connection if the auditor also receives from the director or other official or body additional certification that the unpaid rents or charges have arisen pursuant to a service contract made directly with an owner who occupies the property served.The amount placed on the tax list and duplicate shall be a lien on the property served from the date placed on the list and duplicate and shall be collected in the same manner as other taxes, except that, notwithstanding section 323.15 of the Revised Code, a county treasurer shall accept a payment in such amount when separately tendered as payment for the full amount of such unpaid water rents or charges and associated penalties.

What @Steven Wallace said is correct though.. there are some areas zoned for STR's, and Indian Rocks Beach, downtown Dunedin, and some parts of Treasure Island come to mind. 

While approaching leads for seller financing, I’m nervous I don’t have all the legal documents for kinds of deals I haven’t done yet.Needing documents like “Deed in lieu of payment” Hoping to get them here instead of dropping what is sure to be thousands on an attorney to draw them up…Any treasure trove of useful documents that we share with each other?!

I reached out to a bunch of county assessors and treasurers for the list but I kept getting the same response.

(and they also can do inspections to check in on your properties) They are based locally in the Treasure Valley and the owner Mitch is very easy to work with.

Treasure Island has areas that do, as does Dunedin, and the entire city of Gulfport just allowed it.  

In general, treasure business relationships where you gain access to exclusive value, not amount of time spent or experiences shared.

That's a simply one-sentence answer to a lot of research and also holding my portfolio in the Treasure Valley.
