I've watched few real estate investing videos on Youtube and all of them are saying you can buy a house for lower price than the market and put down payment on new house with the difference (equity?!)

I haven't been able to catch a live podcast, but i watch them when I can on YouTube.

Write a blog, start a podcast, start a YouTube channel, or do all 3. 10.

I have been doing some research and there is a very popular atty online, including Youtube videos saying do not JV wholesale deals in OH.  

I feel moderately comfortable but a little apprehensive about doing it myself after watching some youtube videos and reading some guides.. 

I got started right out of college by house hacking, which you can see more about on my YouTube or other links in my profile.   

These are the people who have seen a YouTube video, read a book or have spent a pile of cash on a guru course. 

Don't get me wrong, mentor programs are great and I have been apart of 2, which has really helped me scale, but initially it was all BP and YouTube education which is "Free" of charge and a great place to start.

I have helped several clients this year do BRRR by using a 360 handheld camera and sending the video  via you tube.

I've been hanging around Biggerpockets for maybe a month now, watched/listened to a whole bunch of podcasts, YouTube videos, even bought the Ultimate Beginners Guide and and making my way through that.
