There are some scams about HOAs that are not active having some folks try to force folks to pay dues.

I experienced a scam on a platform recently and is wondering what platform you find most reliable to bring you qualified tenants your are not settling for?

When the drive up to my office I look to see what kind of vehicle they are driving (are the living within their means, or they trying to scam the section 8 program),  look to see if they have kids are they buckled in, and do they seem to have control of their kids.  

In the end, the real benefit is not to the REI, it is to these people who will no longer live on the fringes of society and fall prey to scams and corruption.

I've done the leasing agent thing, but that market is dead.I've been searching the online job sites for jobs around Chicago and everything real estate related is either a scam or won't give me a second look because I have next to no experience.
