That's why people in SF rent out their own places by the night for part of the month and couch surf to pay the bills

It obviously has all of her belongings in the photos, couch, beds etc.

I told her I would, blew a mental raspberry and proceeded to continue feeling lost while "...sitting on the couch watching dancing with the stars."

In addition to Tim’s ideas above, be sure to have high end furniture- leather couches, modern colors- gray & white, great artwork, plush bath towels, white over-sized comforters, quality sheets.

We are having similar issues recently at an 18-unit with tenants leaving couches or mattresses next to the dumpsters and trash in the laundry rooms.

I didnt even use the correct address (for scam protection reasons)  and the pic literally only showed a generic couch and coffee table. no private forms, computers, etc.

Everything can be done from your couch with a cold brewski in your hand.

But nice stuff like new pots pans couches HUGE TVs etc and the money will come.
