My PM tells me she had multiple calls when she had 2 units on the market for rent last week.

I'm trying to come into this deal as a cash buyer and the listing agent is telling me she can't work both sides.

The inspectors kept failing me because the old stuff didn't mesh well with the new stuff So I replaced all duct work.

She told me she forwarded it to the court.

To get out of a buyers agent contract, first talk to the agent about you two not meshing, if that does not work then go to the broker, if that doesnt work then you can either wait out the contract or simply buy from another realtor.

No earnest money refunds from me, she bails anyway.
