@Rick Wang so you actually hinted to the solution of my problem but I would like to clear a few things from your post. 

At this point, I would work for a QUICK solution, get as much as you can within reason, get them OUT, and start over.

However, a Proprietary System is not the only solution.

I am a carpenter and could do most of the work myself but in an SDIRA thats prohibited so just trying to find the right solution for me.
