I have tried searching on BP for geographic pages, but haven't seen anything. 

You can zoom over certain geographical areas, put in specific requirements (out of state owner, high equity, owned for more than 7 years....etc) and it will spit out a list with names and owner addresses. 

In my case, the only additional information the lender required was explanations for deposits of money in my checking account and a letter signed by my parents because they were listed on my bank accounts from when I was a kid.

Whether it's a situational market or a geographic one, you can really focus more intensive marketing in that area. 

That is one thing I do like about them vs physical properties is that you can really spread risk around geographically etc.

Oklahoma has many different areas geographically.

For those of you that work real estate in one geographical location and focus on certain communities, do you keep records on houses that you’ve looked at, run the numbers and passed on?
