Try to buy not instead of flushing further rent down the drain, that’s all money saved.

Hey David, I can forsee a correction or dip in prices, but with the extreme shortage of both homes for sale and rent, and many buyers flush with cash and decent credit, I do not see how a "crash" in prices is possible. 

Info for any other newbies who may not have $100K plus they want to flush down the toilet ;) Mike, I agree with you that I don't think I will ever collect and it would be a waste of my time and money to pursue it so I have not.

But keep in mind these guys make if not millions hundreds of millions a year so they can afford the best lawyers on the planet.But like Zurixx this is the FTC and state coming down on them so will see how it all flushed out.
