We have a cleaning lady in today but she's not shop-vaccing up construction debris and the like or standing on a ladder to clean the outsides of the casement windows, picking floor protector boards up, disposing of trash, peeling stickers off of appliances and setting up shelves and burners...Odds and ends like applying Deck Over to the deck, painting basement stairs, etc.

Since that supposed investor backed out  because of the possibilities of being taxed on the money he was going to be investing,  I put things on the back burner since I had some residential real estate deals that I was able to focus on and close.

@Paul ColemanI would also be careful chasing depreciation and make sure it’s a sound investment.I believe in the applewood foreclosures the investors got bonus depreciation then lost their entire investment then guess what happened, they got the double whammy of having to pay back that depreciation so not only did they lose their entire investment but they had to cut Uncle Sam a big fat check
