Given the almost socialist mentality expressed in the opinions that I see, I suspect you are catching blowback by folks who probably believe you should be allowing rents for $100/month, onerous rent controls, and insane landlord requirements intended to make it harder to get non-paying tenants out.  

I have actually listened to a few, including 141, I think was yesterday's and it was a great one, I look forward to catching up.

The only catch is the contract with the seller must not have any restriction on assigning that contract.

I'm planning on answering the phone whenever possible, but I also have voicemail setup to catch those calls that I can't get to.
