When it comes to contracts in wholesale

how many contracts do I need in a wholesale? I know I need a wholesale contract for the seller but what form is for the buyer? And if you know would you mind sending me a copy if possible? Also is there anything else I need that I'm not thinking about or sure I've never done this before but I'm willing to try as long as I have a clear understanding
