This land has gas rights attached..it's how the fiasco started... lease is already in place, and I can't remember if drilling has begun. (2006)...I also worry about the TOO MANY COOKS, especially if none of the cook is in RE.. they are working professional like dr. and lawyers etc.

I originally planned on house hacking a 2-4 unit property but have begun changing my mind because I haven't found any in areas I am willing to live in and not my lender said a building like that could have less value, resale ability and higher interest, all that got me looking at SFH with suites.

You can apply for a HELOC and have the funds at your disposal but not pay until you pull equity out, as opposed to an equity loan where you pull out a fixed amount and start paying immediately, even if you haven't begun to use the funds.
