The process looks like this: figure out your why, then once you have an idea of your needs and decide either flips, rentals, wholesale, etc & study them.

Hello everyone, so I’m a new member to BP and have been studying real estate for a few months now (attending RE local meetings, going to whole sale classes from gurus) I’m getting stuck in this weird space where I’m studying but afraid of taking action.

I had been studying real estate for nearly 2 years and had been talking with my agent back and forth throughout that time.
