Owner occupied investment property.
So I have been studying a lot and a question popped up on my head. I’m all new to this and I’m leaning towards an owner occupied unit to start with. My question is, since I have to live in the unit for a year, what if I get a great deal, can I use the equity to use as a down payment for another unit?
