What information you have given has me puzzled.

For me it is as if its another piece to the puzzle.

But the dedication and hard work you portray in your story is something I find hard to teach...sharing your successes really paints a picture of how important that piece of the puzzle is!

I am puzzled why you would want to form a corporate entity and then buy the proeprties in your name.

Cash flow is important but the others hold an equal piece of the puzzle and I dont always do a good job of highlighting them to buyers...

If not you'll never know if a deal is good or not when it is sent to you and you'll either buy something that was a bad deal or pass up a good deal because you don't know what you are looking for.As far as buying a property based on current numbers or market numbers are just a few pieces to the puzzle.

In a way, a good businessman is "assembling" a lot of pieces to the puzzle through the services and expertise of other people to achieve one final goal - profit.I have felt comfortable with my REI career from the moment I have been able to obtain predictably good returns on my capital.
