Expertise Needed For Mastery of Real Estate Investment

I am consistently baffled about how much there is to learn about real estate investing. Following is a short list of BIG fields of study that come to mind that one comes across:

-Niche investing strategies
-Negotiations
-Business management principles
-State laws about real estate
-Federal income tax law
-Property management
-Real estate finance
-Real estate leasing
-Real estate sales
-Appraisal
-Construction
-Securities laws

I am sure the list could go on and on for a long time. At what point in your investing career did you feel like you knew enough to be a solid investor? People obviously can't know it all so how many of the fields of study did you feel like you need to be comfortable with to feel like an expert? I most certainly feel humble when I study real estate investing! There always seems to be more to learn than there are hours in the day.
