As you can see from the pictures, we found almost $20 in coins, over $400 in gold from a combination of necklaces, earrings and some rings (not shown).

I am not a fan or keypad locks, Ring doorbells, Nest thermostats or other technology in long term rentals. 

Most will be in what are called the "inner ring" suburbs of the city. 

We recently installed a ring security camera on the front door. 

When you are an investor and first start working with an agent, you have something to prove because that agent has their phone ringing off the hook with tire kickers who claim to be investors who will never pay them anything.

I'm looking at Ring doorbell now.

By your logic, you are claiming that no one should use FHA financing because it'a a tight market, even though your notions ring true in every market cycle, for reasons mentioned above (see VA example).
