Most of Texas is handled by law firms and if you go to Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott website you will click on resales and see listings that you can choose from that are considered over the counter or properties you can make an offer on and if accepted become the new property owner. 

There is one in Denver, Erie and Fort Collins for the BadAss group.

@Carolyn Morales Hawaii is like Los Angeles, it doesn't make sense ever...however we have been primarily looking in Ft Collins/Loveland area of CO, Denver, CO, Colorado Springs, CO, Pueblo, CO, Kansas City Metro (Missouri side), Springfield, MO, Satellite Beach, FL (up and down the space coast).
