Do you know where we go when we want to find turds, drugs, or stolen cars?

Please, I need an advise, What do you do after you purchase a property ,  you realized the  Next door neighbor is infested the people who sell drugs.

What is often overlooked, unknown by new folks and overlooked even by seasoned dealers, are other laws related to business operations. 

If anyone has bought carpet from wholesale dealers for low cost - please suggest.

Last straw or not, if there is a serious drug issue, tenants must contact the local drug enforcement office of police--can make anonymous complaint if they wish.
