Hello everyone,I am having really complicated problem, I do have a lead generation company and virtual assistance so I am trying to provide motivated sellers leads already pre-qualified and we are doing just OK but I need to raise the bar and master my services to be the best in the market.So I have an excellent team of cold callers but I struggle to find the best lists source to get lists of motivated sellers leads I do not have MLS so I was using Propstream to get lists then skip trace it but I can not get motivated sellers from it so shall I try another source or what type of listings I should use in propstream to generate motivated sellers from?
